Calendar for Week 3, October 6-10, 2014
This week we will work on an assignment that requires reading, doing a bit of research, using Power Point, planning a presentation. You will put together a presentation that you will rehearse and deliver to your classmates and instructor. You will use the skills we learned in the last two weeks--annotating, summarizing, and paraphrasing from an online source. AND, you will cite two resources! This is the kind of work you will do in other college classes.
Monday:
* Turn in Career Exploration MYNEXTMOVE Assignment #1.
* Journal Write (7 minutes) about seeing yourself in one of the careers you chose to research for the Career Exploration Assignment #1.
* Look over "Career Exploration Presentation Assignment 2" (below or in tab under Career/Jobs Unit). It is due on Friday.
